Projector screens come in all shapes and many sizes, ranging from about 80 to 200 inches or more, depending on the application. The most common shape (aspect ratio is 16 x 9) but movies are filmed in many different aspect ratios, so usually while watching a movie you will expect to see black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. you can get screens in different ratios, but inevitably if you set up a system for one particular aspect ratio, other movies will display outside the borders of the screen. This is why 16 x 9 is most often used, and aligned to the sides, so that no movie will exceed the bounds of the screen. Screens come in various types; one piece, light rejecting, fixed frame, movable, retractable and motorized. In some application we even project directly onto walls.
